Principal Consultant
Bola Mercy-Taylor, a legal management consultant, is the Founder of www.lextorah.com and Principal Consultant, LexTorah Consult. She heads the Legal Research, Knowledge and Business Development Department. Prior to setting up LexTorah, Mrs. Taylor worked with the law firm of Banwo & Ighodalo, after which she joined TCS Networks, an Internet and Network Application company, as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. Mrs. Taylor was a management consultant with The Grillers Group, where she held managerial positions. Bola Taylor is a graduate of law from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association(NBA), Affiliate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and Institute of Chartered secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
Tokunbo Onikosi
Head, Operations Strategy and Development
Tokunbo Onikosi, Heads the Legal and Regulatory Department. He is also in charge of Operations Strategy & Development for LexTorah.com He oversees all daily operational issues from legal news to law reporting, governmrent relations etc. Tokunbo has over 9 years of legal experience and has worked with the law firm of Paul Usoro & co., as a telecoms lawyer. Prior to joining Lextorah, Tokunbo has acted as a legal consultant to several telecommunication companies, his area of competence is in legal and regulatory matters. He is a graduate of law from the University of Lagos.
Kemi Asiwaju
Head, Customer Operations
Kemi Asiwaju core competence is in company secretarial matters. She is also the Head of Customer Operations for LexTorah.com. She is responsible for managing the fulfillment processes for clients' custom web solutions. She is also responsible for the production and delivery of the LexTorah solutions products and customer service, key account service, subscription services and customer technical support. Kemi has worked with several law firms such as Ayanlaja & co., Siji Soetan & co. Prior to joining Lextorah she was the Program Manager, CLEEN Foundation. She is also a graduate of Law from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
Ignatius Nmakwe
Head, Human Resource and Administration
IG is the Head of Human Resources for LexTorah. He is responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day aspects of LexTorah's Human Resources services and function. IG is a Sociology and Economic graduate and has well over 8 years experience in Human Resource and Administrative issues. He is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Nigeria Institute of Management(NIM.)
Tijani Yusuf
Head, Strategic Marketing and Product Development
In his role, Tijani is responsible for ensuring that LexTorah marketing and product development efforts are aligned in driving innovative solutions that meet the "business of law" needs of our clients. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and also possesses a Masters in Business administration from the Lagos State University.

Technology Officer
At LexTorah, Tunde is responsible for identifying and leading the business strategy of the technology area. He is also responsible for strategic and tactical aspects of product development.
